1. General Agreement

Acceptance: By using the Click Basket mobile app or website ("Service"), you agree to

these T&Cs and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to

use the Service.

2. Ordering & Payment

Accuracy: We strive for accuracy, but product availability, pricing, and descriptions may

contain errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a significant error is found.

Payment: All payments must be made at the time of order via the accepted methods. You

agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Taxes & Fees: All prices are subject to applicable taxes and any delivery/service fees,

which will be itemized at checkout.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery Window: We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but do not guarantee

it. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

Order Changes/Cancellation: Changes or cancellations may only be possible for a short

period after placing the order (e.g., within 15 minutes). Check the app for the cutoff time.

Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Returns & Refunds

Perishables: Due to the nature of perishable goods (food/groceries), refunds or returns

are generally only accepted for items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect upon

delivery.

Non-Perishables: Non-perishable items may be eligible for return/refund within a

specified period (e.g., 7 days) if unopened and in their original condition.

Process: All refund requests must be submitted through the app/website and require

photographic evidence of the issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

Click Basket is an ordering and delivery platform. We are not liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in

question.

6. Changes to T&CsWe reserve the right to update or change these T&Cs at any time. Your continued use of

the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
